The Horizon Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to develop high-potential talents into future aviation leaders of HK Express. During the programme, you will have the opportunity to acquire work-based skills and knowledge through rotations within Maintenance and Engineering department including but not limited to Technical Service, Engineering Planning, Engineering Quality Assurance and Safety, Engineering Projects and different teams’ projects and assignments, leadership coaching and training.
