How to Book


Airport to City Baggage Delivery Service

1. Complete an online reservation for baggage collection via SF Express Service Website.

2. Proceed to the “Baggage Storage and Delivery” counter on level 5 of Terminal 1 at Hong Kong International Airport and drop off the baggage prior to the order cut-off time.

3. SF Express arranges at-door delivery to your designated locations in Hong Kong.

4. Enjoy a hands-free travel experience from the airport to your doorstep.

City to Airport Baggage Delivery Service

1. Complete an online reservation for baggage collection via SF Express Service Website

2. SF Express arranges at-door baggage collection from your home, hotel or office in Hong Kong.

3. Enjoy a hands-free travel experience from your doorstep to the airport.

4. Retrieve your baggage at "Baggage Storage and Delivery” counter on level 5, Terminal 1 at Hong Kong International Airport.

Q: What areas are covered by the door-to-door service?



A: The service covers the whole of Hong Kong (excluding Lantau Island (except Tung Chung), Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, outlying islands and restricted areas).

Customers need to drop off the baggage prior to the Order Cut-off Time. If late to the counter after 3:30pm, baggage will be delivered the next day at 07:30am, and an additional storage fee will be charged.^.

^Storage fee: HK$14 per hour or HK$165 per day for each piece of baggage, whichever is less.

 

Q. What are the daily baggage pickup for City to Airport Baggage Delivery Service?

A: SFHK will arrange door-to-door baggage collection after completing the online reservation.
