Passengers aged 11 or above holding electronic travel documents* and departing from Hong Kong^ on HK Express flights are eligible to participate in the Hong Kong International Airport’s Express Bag Drop pilot program. By using the HK Express mobile app, passengers can conveniently complete a one-stop check-in process and register for a ‘Flight Token’ between 48 hours and 75 minutes before departure. Upon arriving at Counter H19, Aisle H of Hong Kong International Airport, passengers can enjoy a seamless, fully self-service baggage check-in experience between 24 hours and 75 minutes before departure.
