During the programme, you will have the opportunity to acquire work-based skills and knowledge through rotations in core departments such as Customer & Brand, Commercial, Finance, Flight Operations, IT & Digital, Maintenance & Engineering, People, Services, Strategy and Safety & Risk Management, etc. You will acquire work based skills and knowledge through participation in cross-functional projects and assignments, leadership coaching and training.
