HK Express Flights Travelling Between Hong Kong and Ishigaki

As Super Typhoon Kong-Rey is approaching Japan’s mainland posing potential threats impacts, HK Express announced that some flights between Hong Kong and Ishigaki will be affected during 4 - 5 October 2018.

An immediate notification about the flight status is being made via email and SMS with the below options to the affected guests for their consideration:

Option 1: Change the travel schedule to the same destination, departing within 7 days of original departure date
- No change fee applies
- Fare difference will be waived

Option 2: Change to a new destination of HK Express network, departing within 7 days of original departure date
- No change fee applies
- Fare difference applies

Option 3: Full refund on either the affected flight sector of the whole booking
- Only applicable for guests booked on cancelled flights
- To submit a refund request, please go to https://securesettlement.net/hkexpress/e-refund/en

One-time change without change fee is applicable to option 1 and 2. The above change is subject to seats availability. Due to adverse weather conditions, further changes are also expected for flights between Hong Kong and Japan.
