HK Express sincerely apologises for the number of flight changes affecting guests' travel plans in early October. The airline will operate 18 flights fewer than planned during the period of 1 to 8 October due to operational reasons. Majority of the affected flights cover services to Seoul-Incheon. With immediate action within 48 hours after the first flight change, by working closely with our travel partners, most of the affected passengers have been re-accommodated to other flights of HK Express and other carriers with the same travel period. HK Express will do our utmost to protect the few remaining guests without affecting their travel plans. All guest notifications have been made.
HK Express apologies deeply again to the disruptions and inconvenience caused to the affected guests.
