Please note that subject to applicable law, HK Express’ fares, fuel surcharge and other fees for product or service offered and provided by HK Express are NON-REFUNDABLE. In extraordinary circumstances such as flight cancellations, HK Express may, at its sole discretion, offer a full refund to the affected passengers.
