There are plenty of taxis and the fare is inexpensive as well. Ferries could take you to the famous Putong Mountain. The metro network is still developing and currently serving only 2 lines.

Summers in Ningbo are not really hot, with an average temperature of around 26°C.The rain season falls between June and September with frequent typhoons particularly in September.
