Chiang Mai, located in northern Thailand, enjoys a moderate climate free from the typical Southeast Asian humidity—perfect for running. The Chiang Mai Marathon starts near the ancient Tha Phae Gate and winds through the city under the enchanting night lights. The course runs along the old city walls, where runners encounter Buddha statues and temples, finishing through a gate adorned with the Thai king's portrait, echoing the blessing of "peace and prosperity."
Participants can also explore the majestic Ratchaphruek Garden, and marvel at its exquisite Thai architecture. There are supply stations every two kilometres, loaded with tropical fruits to energise the runners. Will you join us for this year-end Chiang Mai Marathon?

The Chiang Mai Lantern Festival, which celebrates Phra Thar Jura Manee, a deity revered by the local community, is an annual event that is both romantic and mesmerising. During the festival, participants release lanterns into the sky all at once, creating a stunning display as the lanterns drift with the breeze, glowing like stars in a vibrant orange galaxy. It is a local belief that couples who release lanterns together will be blessed with a harmonious and joyful relationship.

Away from the hustle and bustle, the Similan Islands boast crystal-clear waters, colourful coral reefs, and thriving marine life. This paradise is a dream for diving enthusiasts. Often called a real-life "Aquatic Wonderland," the pure, natural beauty of the area is truly captivating.
Location: Similan Archipelago, about a 1.5-hour boat ride from Phuket
Tips: Choose a double-decker boat for excellent photo opportunities on the top deck. Sun protection trio: sunglasses, sunscreen, and a beach hat. Shoes are not allowed on Similan Islands; leave them at the port and consider bringing beach socks.
