This winter, we’re proud to present a delightful selection of tasty Hong Kong street foods on our menu, allowing our customers to savour the vibrant flavours of Hong Kong while soaring through the skies. Get ready for every flight to be a delightful adventure packed with surprises with HK Express!
Topping the latest seasonal menu is the “must-have” golden crispy “HK Style French Toast” originated from Cha Chaan Tengs, along with the fan-favourite “HK Style Pan-fried Stuffed Three Treasures” – an iconic street food not to be missed. Freshly-made every single day, these two dishes have gone through repeated testing to get that exterior crunch with a soft fluffy centre just right. Also new on the menu are cozy winter warmers like the “Thai Green Curry Chicken with Rice”, oozing with rich aroma; the nourishing comfort food “Congee with Dried Scallop, Mushroom and Chicken”; as well as the heartwarming “Classic Sweet Red Bean Soup with Dried Tangerine Peel”. You don’t want to pass these up! Beginning on 27 October, the winter menu will be available across all HK Express flights. Customers can pre-order meals now for flights departing on 27 October and onwards.

Before introducing each new product, we collaborate closely with our suppliers to explore various cooking methods to retain authentic Hong Kong flavours even at 30,000 feet up in the air, allowing culinary delights to connect Hong Kong with our destinations across Asia.”
“HK Express’s Hong Kong-style delicacies are hugely popular among our customers. Over 42,000 ‘Classic HK Style Egg Waffles' have been sold since its launch in October, a beloved dish by many; the ‘"HK Express x Ging Sun Ho" Soup Bursting Pan-fried Pork Bun’, introduced just this March, has sold nearly 25,000 pieces. We will continue to seek customer feedback on inflight dining and vouch to preserve crowd favourites on the menu while introducing familiar yet fresh Hong Kong specialties to showcase our diverse local food culture.”
