Four Fare Categories to Meet Customers’ Travel Needs

HK Express Airways (HK Express) has expanded our fare categories from two to four tiers enabling customers to make flexible choices according to their travel needs and reduce unnecessary expenses. Through our Asia-wide network of destinations, HK Express is committed to providing travellers with affordable fares so they can “Gotta Go” anywhere. The new “Ultra Lite”, “Lite”, “Essential” and “Max” fare options, which offers a variety of affordable fares, higher allowances for checked baggage and standard seat bookings, are designed to meet the needs of those who want to travel light or be well-prepared for the journey. Our brand new ticket booking interface clearly lists out the features stipulated in each fare category. For a more hassle-free and gratifying journey, customers can opt for various ancillary services according to their itinerary and budget, such as additional checked baggage allowance, pre-selecting preferred seats and pre-order meals, etc. Customers who booked their ticket on or before 7 May 2024 can still enjoy baggage allowance of up to one small personal item and one cabin baggage with a maximum weight of 7kg, under the previous policy * .
