To ensure you get your preferred seat in advance, it's best to select and purchase it during the initial booking. By doing so, you can save the most. However, if you have already booked your tickets, don't worry! You still have options to select and purchase seats. You can do this through the "Manage My Booking" portal, during Online Check-In, or even at the airport. Keep in mind that there may be different fees associated with these options, and it's recommended to do it as early as possible to maximise your savings.

If such a situation occurs due to operational reasons, you have the option to request a refund for the affected seat that you have paid for individually. No refund will be granted for unaffected seats under the same booking. Passengers who are eligible for a refund can submit their request through our Customer Connect Team. Even though you can't place Small Personal Items in the space in front of your seat for safety reasons, you're welcome to use the overhead compartments above your seat. These compartments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Under certain circumstances, you might be invited to check in your Carry On Baggage (including Small Personal Items). No worries, in this case, the check-in arrangement will be free of charge.
