FAQ (Seat Selection)

How do I select and purchase a seat?

To ensure you get your preferred seat in advance, it's best to select and purchase it during the initial booking. By doing so, you can save the most. However, if you have already booked your tickets, don't worry! You still have options to select and purchase seats. You can do this through the "Manage My Booking" portal, during Online Check-In, or even at the airport. Keep in mind that there may be different fees associated with these options, and it's recommended to do it as early as possible to maximise your savings.

What is the difference between Standard, Upfront and Comfort Seats?

We provide three seat options to our Customers.

  1. Comfort Seats are any seats in row 1 and the emergency exit row, providing additional legroom.
  2. Upfront Seats are located in the forward part of the aircraft, allowing passengers to disembark conveniently.
  3. Standard Seats refer to any seats that are not Comfort seats or Upfront Seats.

For details and requirements to each seat type, please visit Seat Option.

Can I receive a refund if the selected seat that I have paid for is unavailable or changed?

If such a situation occurs due to operational reasons, you have the option to request a refund for the affected seat that you have paid for individually. No refund will be granted for unaffected seats under the same booking. Passengers who are eligible for a refund can submit their request through our Customer Connect Team. Please click here for contact information .

My seat is in the first row, emergency exit row, or with bulkhead, so I can't store items in the space in front of me. Where can I put my small personal item?

Even though you can't place Small Personal Items in the space in front of your seat for safety reasons, you're welcome to use the overhead compartments above your seat. These compartments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Under certain circumstances, you might be invited to check in your Carry On Baggage (including Small Personal Items). No worries, in this case, the check-in arrangement will be free of charge.

According to safety regulations, passengers who have purchased Comfort Seats are required to place your labelled Small Personal Items in the shared overhead compartment.
