    HK Express understands the concerns raised by the Hong Kong public in light of our recent flight cancellations, and would like to once again apologise for the disruptions caused to passengers. The airline takes this matter seriously and is determined to improve our operations for Hong Kong.

    In response to media enquiry about cancellation of five flights on 3 and 4 of October 2017, HK Express clarified that the flights in question were unrelated to the 18 flights which the airline announced their cancellations before the “Golden Week” holidays.

    In tribute to the legendary martial arts icon Bruce Lee, Hong Kong based airline HK Express has named its fifth A321 aircraft (aircraft registration number: B-LEE) “Siu Loong” (the English transliteration of Bruce Lee’s Chinese stage name) as an inspiration for travellers to embrace his philosophy.     Hong Kong’s only low-cost carrier (LCC) HK Express is honoured to have the airline’s General Manager for Network Planning and Scheduling, Stephen Milstrey, appointed to the International Air Transport Association’s (IATA) Joint Slot Advisory Group (JSAG). This appointment follows his re-election as an IATA Slot Policy Working Group (SPWG) committee member for a further two-year term.

With the debut of this 230-seat A321 aircraft, HK Express now boasts a fleet of 20 aircraft.
