Since Super Typhoon Mangkhut is expected to hit Hong Kong bringing adverse weather condition in the next few days, HK Express confirms that there are severe flight disruptions on 15 and 16 September, and flights on 17 September are expected to be affected due to the possible impact caused by Mangkhut.
